How do I create an account?
Click "Create account" at the top of the page and follow the registration instructions. Enter your contact details and check that they are correct before continuing.
Where can I find vehicles and items up for auction?
Open the auctions page or use the search option in the menu. Open an item’s page to see its full description, photos and bidding information.
How do I place a bid?
Log in to your account, open the item you’re interested in and review its description and bidding terms
What is automatic bidding?
Automatic bidding lets you set the maximum amount you are willing to bid. You can find detailed instructions in the user guide.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Open the login page and select the password reset link. Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions sent to you.
